National-level achievements were recorded by AL-YA\u2019LU students. In November 2024, the team from AL-YA\u2019LU Superior Junior High School won 2nd Place Nationally in the KIHAJAR STEM competition organized by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) of Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The champions were Banon Akbar, Mangku Praja Pramana, and Sapta Wijaya Syakti, with their supervising teacher, Ms. Syifa Masna Raisalah, S.Sos., M.Pd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the grand final stage of the multi-level competition, which was participated by thousands of contestants across Indonesia, the student team created a STEM project aligned with the theme. This student team sought to solve the problem of cooking rice in school restaurants\/canteens with their project titled Panah Tapis (Efficient Rice Cooker: Emission-Free, Energy-Saving)<\/em>. Following a rigorous judging process, the AL-YA\u2019LU team finally secured 2nd Place Nationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KIHAJAR STEM 2024 is a national competition organized by Kemendikdasmen. This event aims to develop critical, creative, and collaborative thinking skills through STEM-based projects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). The competition consists of four stages: basic, intermediate, advanced, and final. Participants who pass will compete to become the best team representing their respective provinces. KIHAJAR STEM also supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum by utilizing digital technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
