It was an honor for the entire Extended Family of AL-YA\u2019LU Superior School to have the opportunity to meet and hold a direct dialogue with the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Professor Dr. Abdul Mu\u2019ti, M.Ed., during his working visit to Malang City on Friday, February 7, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one was left behind. Everyone was enthusiastic to meet the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education directly, participating in the friendly gathering, including all student representatives: from Pre-Kindergarten students, who are still three years old, to Elementary and Junior High students, accompanied by the AL-YA’LU teaching staff.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The closeness of Minister Professor Dr. Abdul Mu`ti, M.Ed. with young children was clearly visible when he interacted with Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students from AL-YA\u2019LU Superior School.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The warmth of the Minister’s welcome was also evident when he dialogued with Elementary and Junior High students from AL-YA\u2019LU Superior School. He gave tremendous appreciation to the AL-YA\u2019LU delegation who had just returned from Japan to present their victory as the 1st Prize Winner of the SEAMEO-Japan ESD Award 2023, and that from September 9-13, 2024, four students and two teachers received an invitation from the Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT) for a school visit to Japan. AL-YA\u2019LU Superior Elementary School is the first Indonesian school to win the SEAMEO-Japan ESD Award since its implementation in 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dialogue between AL-YA’LU students and the Minister about environmental preservation was very exciting<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, the profile of AL-YA\u2019LU Superior School was also presented to the Minister, along with an explanation of the achievements attained by AL-YA\u2019LU students. The friendly gathering concluded with a technical briefing on improving the quality of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Professor Dr. Abdul Mu\u2019ti, M.Ed., expressed his hope that AL-YA\u2019LU could continue to improve its achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
